Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born on April 16th, 1996, in Miami Florida. It is daughter to Dennis Alan Taylor, a former bank executive, as well as Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist who is a half-Spanish female who is half English. The father of her was Argentine who had Scottish and English ancestral roots. Her mother comes from Spanish and English ancestral roots. Taylor-Joy, who is the youngest of five children, four are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. The family was based within Buenos Aires until she was six years old, and then moved to the Victoria neighborhood of London. Taylor-Joy said the relocation was difficult as she refused to take classes in English as she wanted to be able to return to Argentina.
